1. Services

Barizi Communications provides IT solutions including software development, cybersecurity, structured cabling, managed IT services, IT consulting, and procurement services. All services are subject to separate service agreements.

2. Use of Services

By engaging our services, you agree to provide accurate information, use our services lawfully, and not interfere with our systems or other clients' use of services.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and materials developed by Barizi Communications remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred through a written agreement. Client-specific deliverables are transferred upon full payment.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Late payments may incur additional charges and service suspension.

5. Limitation of Liability

Barizi Communications shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be resolved in Kenyan courts.
